Posthorn

Your day, announced
before it arrives.

Posthorn reads your email, calendar, messages, and chat — quietly, in the background — and surfaces the few things that actually need your attention. No more burying important things under inbox noise.

Mac · iOS coming · Free during beta

How it works

1. Connect what you use
Gmail (all your accounts), Calendar, Slack, Google Chat, iMessage, Apple Notes, Telegram. One-click OAuth where it's offered, just-works where it's local.
2. It learns your context
Posthorn quietly builds a model of who's in your life, what projects you're on, what counts as urgent vs ignorable. Tell it once; it remembers.
3. It surfaces what matters
Morning, midday, afternoon, evening — a tight briefing arrives. What's coming up, what's been said, what you've forgotten, what to act on now.
4. It takes action with one tap
Archive the noise, draft the reply, unsubscribe from the newsletter you don't want — one tap each. Anything destructive asks before it does.

Your data doesn't leave your devices

Posthorn is local-first. Your emails, messages, notes, and chat history stay on your Mac. The AI model runs either with your own API key or locally on your machine. We don't have servers that see your data — even encrypted.

When you opt in to multi-device sync, briefings + action queue are end-to-end encrypted before leaving your Mac. We hold the encrypted blob; we can't read it. Same shape as Signal or 1Password.

Built for people with too much to track.

Caregivers, founders, parents, ADHD brains, anyone running multiple lives at once. Posthorn doesn't try to make you a better person — it tries to make sure the things you'd otherwise miss reach you in time.
